1.   Acceptance of Terms

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, course materials, exam questions, software, and design — is the property of  Peacock College of Nursing Sciences  or its content providers and is protected by Nigerian and international copyright and intellectual property laws.

• You may view and download content for  personal, non-commercial, educational use  only
• Reproducing, distributing, modifying, or republishing any content without express written permission is prohibited
• Course materials, exam papers, and question banks remain the exclusive property of the College
• Student-submitted work (assignments, projects) remains the intellectual property of the student, with a non-exclusive licence granted to the College for academic assessment purposes

6.   Fees & Payments

Certain services on the Site — including application fees, tuition payments, and exam fees — require payment. By making a payment, you agree to the following:

• All fees are quoted in  Nigerian Naira (NGN)  unless otherwise stated
• Payments are processed through approved third-party payment gateways (e.g., Providus Bank, Paystack) and are subject to their respective terms
• It is your responsibility to ensure that payment details are correct before completing a transaction
• Refund policies are governed by the College's financial regulations and are available upon request
• The College is not liable for failed transactions caused by network issues, incorrect bank details, or third-party payment gateway failures

7.   Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Peacock College of Nursing Sciences  shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site
• We are not responsible for any loss of data, academic records interference, or financial loss resulting from technical failures, hacking, or unauthorised access that occurs despite our reasonable security measures
• Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim

This limitation of liability applies whether the claim is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory.

8.   Disclaimer

The Site and its content are provided on an  "as is"  and  "as available"  basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• That the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components
• That information on the Site (including academic calendars, fee schedules, and admission dates) is always accurate or up to date

9.   Termination

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the  Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
